Appointment Policy
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify the office as early as possible. Timely cancellation of your appointment allows us to manage our schedule efficiently, ultimately improving our availability to you and our other patients. Your appointment time is a reservation and failure to cancel within 24 hours may regretfully result in a missed appointment charge.
Fees
Our fees for all services rendered are standard for dermatology practices in the United States. Usually, a cost estimate for procedures cannot be determined until you have been seen by the provider for consultation and a diagnosis has been established.
If you have an office co-payment please be prepared to pay it at the time of service. In addition, our practice is considered a “Specialty Office”.
Financing
If you do not have medical insurance and payment would cause you financial hardship, please let us know prior to your visit so that we can arrange a mutually agreeable payment plan.
